Shipping & Returns
At Odette by Kelly Deck, we want your experience to feel effortless from the moment you place an order to the day your wallpaper arrives at your door. Here’s everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and support your orders:
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase using approved credit or debit cards.
Orders are processed once payment has cleared. Please note that delayed or failed payments may affect fulfillment.
For security, Odette may conduct payment authorization checks before confirming a transaction.
Shipping
Complimentary shipping is available within Canada and the USA for orders over $1000 CAD.
All wallpapers are made to order in the United Kingdom. Standard lead times are approximately 3–4 weeks, though these may vary during periods of high demand. Should there be a delay, we’ll notify you right away.
Samples ship free of charge via standard ground service (7–14 days, depending on location).
Rush shipping for samples is available for $12.50 CAD (UPS service, 3–5 business days).
Sample orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Once proof of delivery is confirmed, responsibility for loss or damage passes to the customer.
Delivery dates are estimates; while we do our best to meet them, Odette is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (customs, transport, weather, etc.).
Partial shipments may be made when needed.
Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an Odette error or product fault.
Orders cancelled after acceptance may incur cancellation fees.
Fabric orders must meet stated minimum lengths and increments.
Wallpaper Quantity
Any estimates or calculators provided by Odette are guidelines only.
Actual quantities vary depending on wall size, pattern repeat, trimming, installation methods, and surface conditions.
We strongly recommend consulting a professional installer before ordering.
Odette cannot accept liability for shortages or overages caused by inaccurate estimates.
Returns & Cancellations
All wallpapers, fabrics, and made-to-order or bespoke products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Samples
We encourage you to order samples to confirm design, color, and texture before committing to full orders. Digital images are useful, but physical samples provide the most accurate representation.
Our team is always happy to guide you with pattern, color, and quantity selection.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 5 days of receipt and include photographs of the product and packaging.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Please note: replacements cannot be issued for damages resulting from installation errors.
Claims submitted more than 5 days after delivery cannot be considered.
Liability & Force Majeure
Odette’s liability is limited to a refund or replacement of the purchase price for non-delivery or defective goods.
We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
Delays or non-performance due to force majeure events (natural disasters, transport disruption, regulatory actions, etc.) are outside our responsibility.
Duties & Tariffs
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties or tariffs. These charges, regardless of shipment value, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Ultimate Consignee Identification USA
